In the 6th match minute, Todos al Fondo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gora Mirabal to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to AIK FOTBOLL getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Nils-Erik Brogren hit a great ball. Bittor Marchamalo kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Urban Stenström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AIK FOTBOLL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Ivar Rolfsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zunbeltz Bilbao's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Nils-Erik Brogren's late challenge caught a Todos al Fondo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nils-Erik Brogren helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 played minutes AIK FOTBOLL got a freekick which was hit by Nils-Erik Brogren. With an all-out effort, Todos al Fondo's Ivar Rolfsson threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bittor Marchamalo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Osoitz Lombillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Osoitz Lombillo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ivar Rolfsson. That made the score 2-1 in the 34 minute of play. When Terciero Bodon fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Todos al Fondo's protests and gave Terciero Bodon a yellow card for diving instead. After some careless play in the Todos al Fondo defense, Nils-Erik Brogren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gianluigi Palet. The Todos al Fondo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gianluigi Palet should have stopped the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zunbeltz Bilbao to strike the kick off in the second half. Todos al Fondo's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Nils-Erik Brogren 55 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils-Erik Brogren in the 70th minute of play forced Todos al Fondo's goalkeeper Gianluigi Palet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Terciero Bodon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. During the 77th minute of the match Terciero Bodon completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Terciero Bodon a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 78th match minute, Todos al Fondo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Terciero Bodon to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Todos al Fondo's Gianluigi Palet got control of the ball when Urban Stenström tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute, AIK FOTBOLL's Nils-Erik Brogren ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gianluigi Palet. Gianluigi Palet yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-4. 95 minutes into the game, Örjan Kaxe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AIK FOTBOLL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Todos al Fondo the free kick. Örjan Kaxe hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
