Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Brad Missen kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Ed Howard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 11 played minutes Elderslie Magpies got a freekick which was hit by Byron Osbiston. In the 13th minute of the match Dale Huntington shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Corder Clubley showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Amputees FC's Al Stevens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raleigh Dale in the 14th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brad Missen in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Al Stevens saved Amputees FC from getting behind. In the 18th minute, Brad Missen made a precise shot to the right of Al Stevens. Amputees FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The supporters of Amputees FC booed when Elderslie Magpies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brad Missen didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Elderslie Magpies's Corder Clubley got control of the ball when Preston Worsley tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amputees FC's Al Stevens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brad Missen in the 25th minute of play. Al Stevens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raleigh Dale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Elderslie Magpies booed when Amputees FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benny Schulzte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ed Howard succeeded in the game's 35th minute to get real power on a long shot . Amputees FC's Al Stevens hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 0-2! In the 45th minute of the match, Randell Dillon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Corder Clubley saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After the first half Elderslie Magpies were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Randell Dillon made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Elderslie Magpies's goal looked a bit too open when Randell Dillon came free, but Corder Clubley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th match minute, Elderslie Magpies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mack Barker to maneuver through the defense. Dale Huntington, 55 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Randell Dillon in the 57th minute of play forced Elderslie Magpies's goalkeeper Corder Clubley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute Randell Dillon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corder Clubley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brad Missen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Al Stevens came out and tried to block the shot, but Brad Missen slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 68th minute. After a rather tough play, Elderslie Magpies's Brad Missen got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After some careless play in the Elderslie Magpies defense, Randell Dillon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Corder Clubley. The Elderslie Magpies fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Corder Clubley should have stopped the shot. Corder Clubley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Randell Dillon in the 88th minute of the match. Corder Clubley came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Amputees FC's Randell Dillon. But to his dismay, Randell Dillon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 98th minute the ball was on its way in behind Elderslie Magpies's goalkeeper Corder Clubley, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
