Pedro Luiz da Cunha guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Danone CC were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after FalconsB FCB's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pedro Paulo Vasconcelos took the corner. In the 33rd minute, Angelo do Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Angelo do Nascimento got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Danone CC. Hilario Petrigai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmo Carioca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute Chico de Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilario Petrigai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Danone CC's Hilario Petrigai threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Chico de Azevedo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Chico de Azevedo notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of FalconsB FCB's Hilario Petrigai. Hilario Petrigai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hilario Petrigai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. FalconsB FCB's Hugo Garaona suffered a sore knee after 67 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 67 minutes into the game, Chico de Azevedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Danone CC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FalconsB FCB the free kick. A collision led to Danone CC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Kiko Moraes hit a great ball. Zeca Meirelles's late challenge caught a FalconsB FCB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zeca Meirelles helped the player get up and apologised. Zeca Meirelles hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Ruben Llope struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Pedro Luiz da Cunha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FalconsB FCB. When Danone CC's Dalmo Carioca in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Danone CC had played much better football throughout.
