Göksun İcmal made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Ruy Torres sent off a good shot on target. Ayvaz Nesim's late challenge caught a BLACK BULL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ayvaz Nesim helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to ST Lions FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Ayvaz Nesim hit a great ball. Ferdi Erçin charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferdi Erçin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ruy Torres received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Göksun İcmal came out and tried to block the shot, but Ruy Torres slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 29th minute. Göksun İcmal was a little too slow when Walmir Severo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 3-0. When Fabiano de Lara fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BLACK BULL's protests and gave Fabiano de Lara a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BLACK BULL! The referee gave ST Lions FC a penalty, 49 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Erman Durkaya, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of BLACK BULL's Adilson Sanches. 3-2. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Walmir Severo was the one to do the kick off. ST Lions FC's Göksun İcmal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walmir Severo in the 56th minute of play. Hacı Onkal's late challenge caught a BLACK BULL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 66 played minutes, BLACK BULL's Romário Aparecido shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Göksun İcmal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BLACK BULL reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Syd Black in the 68th minute of play forced ST Lions FC's goalkeeper Göksun İcmal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Göksun İcmal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walmir Severo in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st match minute, BLACK BULL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mário Maia to maneuver through the defense. Göksun İcmal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Syd Black in the 74th minute of play. ST Lions FC's Göksun İcmal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walmir Severo in the 80th minute of play. During the 81st minute of the match Ayvaz Nesim completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ayvaz Nesim a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, ST Lions FC's Ayvaz Nesim got a free kick in the 81st minute. Romário Aparecido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adilson Sanches breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the BLACK BULL players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
