The corner led Quitilipi's Esteban Ioritz to fire away a dangerous shot which Vicente Gaúcho despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Emílio Queirós struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Segundo Hartz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BLACK BULL. Primitivo Salvatore's late challenge caught a BLACK BULL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When Esteban Ioritz came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Quitilipi fans jumped to their feet. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 36 minutes of play, Quitilipi's Benjamin Vedillo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vicente Gaúcho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Esteban Ioritz charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Esteban Ioritz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 39 played minutes Quitilipi got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Ioritz. Ruy Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Segundo Hartz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Vedillo in the 42nd minute of play forced BLACK BULL's goalkeeper Vicente Gaúcho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benjamin Vedillo to make the kick off. Segundo Hartz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Quitilipi's Segundo Hartz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruy Torres in the 66th minute of play. The supporters of BLACK BULL booed when Quitilipi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Ioritz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Teofilo Leobardo took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Vicente Gaúcho to make any attempt to save it. In the 93rd minute, Emílio Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The BLACK BULL fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Quitilipi were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
