After having played for 30 minutes, Carlos Fernando Corrêa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. União Agrícola Barbarense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Fernando Corrêa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vladimir Valadares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iñaki Valines having to interfere. Carlos Fernando Corrêa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iñaki Valines read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vladimir Valadares got free with Iñaki Valines in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Beltran Rajoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Zé Roberto Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Natanael Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Zé Roberto Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beltran Rajoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. A collision led to União Agrícola Barbarense getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Carlos Alberto de Salles hit a great ball. Joseba Litago struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Zé Roberto Chaves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los once leones Ourense. In the 70th match minute, União Agrícola Barbarense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delfim Melo to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind União Agrícola Barbarense's goalkeeper Zé Roberto Chaves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 75th match minute, Los once leones Ourense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matia Vacas to maneuver through the defense. Luar Ribas hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Many of Los once leones Ourense's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Los once leones Ourense may have spent more time on the ball, but União Agrícola Barbarense were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
