In the 4th minute, Flamengo CIMZ's Natanael Sergipano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Blas Sal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Waldemar Arruda in the 10th minute. Blas Sal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natanael Sergipano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Blas Sal came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Flamengo CIMZ's Natanael Sergipano. But to his dismay, Natanael Sergipano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Natanael Sergipano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Waldemar Arruda might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Blas Sal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Waldemar Arruda ran back to his position shaking his head. 24 minutes into the game, Natanael Sergipano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Blas Sal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 28th minute Natanael Sergipano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Sal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atlético Magallanes's Blas Sal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natanael Sergipano in the 31st minute of play. Blas Sal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte Figueiredo in the 33rd minute of play. Blas Sal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldemar Arruda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Atlético Magallanes's Blas Sal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Magallanes from getting a goal against them. In the 37th minute, Flamengo CIMZ's Waldemar Arruda ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Blas Sal. Blas Sal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Silvério Valadares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 5-0 became the score in the 64th minute when Natanael Sergipano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Flamengo CIMZ's Silvério Valadares got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Waldemar Arruda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Blas Sal having to make a save. Club Atlético Magallanes's Blas Sal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natanael Sergipano in the 74th minute of play. The Flamengo CIMZ fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Flamengo CIMZ's Silvério Valadares looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 79 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Magallanes's goal looked a bit too open when Silvério Valadares came free, but Blas Sal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blas Sal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natanael Sergipano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Blas Sal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duarte Figueiredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Flamengo CIMZ's Silvério Valadares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Blas Sal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Flamengo CIMZ getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Natanael Sergipano hit a great ball. In the 91st minute Natanael Sergipano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Sal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evelio Frechoso charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evelio Frechoso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
