Edelmiro Sesuldo was a little too slow when Tiago Ortiz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. Caio de Salles received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edelmiro Sesuldo came out and tried to block the shot, but Caio de Salles slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 12th minute. After 15 minutes of play, Olds School Pepo's Mauro Eleder made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kléberson Soeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Jonatan Matia fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Olds School Pepo's protests and gave Jonatan Matia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute, Jonatan Matia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Bandeca FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Fernando Banders hit a great ball. Celestino Palos kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the game, Tiago Ortiz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bandeca FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olds School Pepo the free kick. After a rather tough play, Bandeca FC's Tiago Ortiz got a free kick in the 30th minute. Fernando Banders hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute Mauro Eleder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kléberson Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Bandeca FC booed when Olds School Pepo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Matia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kléberson Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Claus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eloy Oskarbi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kléberson Soeiro having to interfere. Bandeca FC's Fernando Banders got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Eloy Oskarbi made the kick off in the second half. 63 minutes into the match, Olds School Pepo's goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Ortiz came free, but Edelmiro Sesuldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kléberson Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Oskarbi in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of Bandeca FC booed when Olds School Pepo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino Palos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celestino Palos kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After having played for 78 minutes, Tiago Ortiz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bandeca FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiago Ortiz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kléberson Soeiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Celestino Palos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 83 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Olds School Pepo's zone, Tiago Ortiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edelmiro Sesuldo came out of the goal and Tiago Ortiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 90 minutes, Marco Soares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bandeca FC and the Olds School Pepo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A hard shot by Ciriaco Weather from long distance, 91 minutes into the match, got Kléberson Soeiro's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Gustavo Couto in the 92nd minute of play forced Olds School Pepo's goalkeeper Edelmiro Sesuldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
