Hugo Abaunza's late challenge caught a Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Abaunza helped the player get up and apologised. Hugo Abaunza hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Teles came free, but Simon Ritchie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roger de Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Gregory in the 44th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Diego Barros made the kick off in the second half. When Cipriano Santiago fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc's protests and gave Cipriano Santiago a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc! When the match had been going on for 70 minutes, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Diogo Barros got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Simon Ritchie. Roger de Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candido Peio in the 73rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Cássio Galvão got a free kick in the 75th minute. Valdo Paraíba kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 92nd match minute, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Galvão to maneuver through the defense. Cipriano Santiago took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roger de Souza. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 95 minutes, Benedicto Abella managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedicto Abella was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. lןןl MONTE CHINGOLO fc's defense didn't have a chance, in the 97th minute, when Roger Melo scored to the left of an out of position Simon Ritchie, making the score, 0-3. The Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
