When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Otto Brask made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Paul Stănoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eskil Danielsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fritz Mattsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Viorel Crăcană made a huge save. After a rather tough play, AC United's Erling Wennersten got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paul Stănoiu in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eskil Danielsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luca Brădescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eskil Danielsson. AC United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eskil Danielsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Stănoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paul Stănoiu in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eskil Danielsson saved AC United from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Paul Stănoiu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eskil Danielsson was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game.
