Teodoro Eladio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Penha in the 8th minute of the match. Roberto Neiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodoro Eladio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Penha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Palermo F.C.'s Teodoro Eladio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Martin Palermo F.C. from getting a goal against them. Timoteo Rosario charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Timoteo Rosario the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Timoteo Rosario kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Teodoro Eladio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Penha in the 35th minute. In the 41st match minute, Martin Palermo F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melchor Bertin to maneuver through the defense. Nestor Leão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nestor Leão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Eladio having to interfere. With his leg Teodoro Eladio managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when Crisólia FBPA's Roberto Neiva fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

In the 53rdth minute of the game Francisco Penha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Martin Palermo F.C.'s Teodoro Eladio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 55th minute Roberto Neiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Eladio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Timoteo Rosario got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Francisco Penha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Eladio having to interfere. Timoteo Rosario kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Isaac Perrando hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Penha in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodoro Eladio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Crisólia FBPA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Martin Palermo F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Martin Palermo F.C..
