In the 84thth minute of the game Cleto Sindo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A.Independiente's Everardo Meder was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 85 in the game by Felix Rumaldo from a close distance when the talented Everardo Meder managed to make a qualified save. C.A.Independiente's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.Independiente's zone, Angel Tonete stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Everardo Meder came out of the goal and Angel Tonete tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute of the match Felix Rumaldo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Everardo Meder skillfully saved the ball.
