The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Örtlund got free with Lucas Eriksson in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucas Eriksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Ekblom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Blomkvist in the 46th minute of play forced BK Nerysminne's goalkeeper Douglas Käcker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 52nd minute, Elias Blomkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Blackjacks getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Gert Kaxe hit a great ball. After having played for 57 minutes, Elias Blomkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blackjacks's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elias Blomkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Blackjacks defense, Freddie Sikström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas Eriksson. The Blackjacks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas Eriksson should have stopped the shot. Lucas Eriksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Ekblom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Peter Ekblom had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucas Eriksson. Blackjacks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peter Ekblom was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stig-Arne Dalström during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Blackjacks's Stig-Arne Dalström got a free kick in the 87th minute. It was beautiful to see BK Nerysminne's Patrik Johnsson in action when he in the 89th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 91st match minute, Blackjacks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Allbom to maneuver through the defense.
