Runar Støen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Zachariasz Kaszubik came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Mafia Koniaka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zachariasz Kaszubik couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Mafia Koniaka's Roch Solibieda got a free kick in the 14th minute. Mafia Koniaka's Waldemar Moczkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristian Sandersen in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Mafia Koniaka's goal looked a bit too open when Rune Gjessing came free, but Waldemar Moczkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waldemar Moczkiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Morten Hestad in the 19th minute of the match. Kristian Sandersen scored 1-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Waldemar Moczkiewicz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zachariasz Kaszubik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Åsnes defense, Edgar Jarocewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Runar Støen. The Åsnes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Runar Støen should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Åsnes getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Max Langås hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, Slawomir Lipinski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rune Gjessing in the 40th minute of play forced Mafia Koniaka's goalkeeper Waldemar Moczkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Åsnes's Petter Vartdal got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute of the game, Steffen Askvik landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Stefan Zuraw's late challenge caught a Åsnes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stefan Zuraw helped the player get up and apologised. Åsnes made a substitution. Edgard Leirvåg replaced Steffen Askvik. Stefan Zuraw kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Morten Hestad made the kick off in the second half. Petter Vartdal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Waldemar Moczkiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 53 minutes into the match, Åsnes's Petter Vartdal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Waldemar Moczkiewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Mafia Koniaka booed when Åsnes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morten Hestad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zachariasz Kaszubik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Runar Støen having to interfere. Stefan Zuraw got his second yellow card in the match during the 57th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 57 played minutes Mafia Koniaka got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Zuraw. Petter Vartdal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Waldemar Moczkiewicz having to make a save. In the 61st minute, Edgar Jarocewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wincenty Waselewicz charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wincenty Waselewicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 62 played minutes Mafia Koniaka got a freekick which was hit by Wincenty Waselewicz. Waldemar Moczkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Morten Hestad, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Mafia Koniaka's Edgar Jarocewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Waldemar Moczkiewicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rune Gjessing in the 67th minute. Waldemar Moczkiewicz was a little too slow when Rune Gjessing got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 2-2. In the 77th minute, Åsnes's Rune Gjessing ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Waldemar Moczkiewicz. Waldemar Moczkiewicz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. If Petter Vartdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Mafia Koniaka getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Gilbert Marciewicz hit a great ball. Waldemar Moczkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Morten Hestad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the match, Mafia Koniaka's goalkeeper Waldemar Moczkiewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Petter Vartdal. Gilbert Marciewicz hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Åsnes's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
