Edgar Jarocewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Lars-Erik Wall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Zuraw in the 33rd minute of play forced Norrlands Athen's goalkeeper Lars-Erik Wall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kent Backman kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After 36 played minutes, Mafia Koniaka's Iwan Lizewski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lars-Erik Wall came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mafia Koniaka reached it. A collision led to Norrlands Athen getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Rickard Andreasson hit a great ball. Stefan Zuraw recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The supporters of Mafia Koniaka booed when Norrlands Athen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josef Lundhberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zachariasz Kaszubik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wincenty Waselewicz in the 62nd minute of play forced Norrlands Athen's goalkeeper Lars-Erik Wall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michael Brodin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Waldemar Moczkiewicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Stefan Zuraw took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lars-Erik Wall. Lars-Erik Wall dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Norrlands Athen's zone, Zachariasz Kaszubik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lars-Erik Wall came out of the goal and Zachariasz Kaszubik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Norrlands Athen's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
