Stefan Zuraw's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Runar Støen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Petter Vartdal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Åsnes's supporters rose to their feet, but Petter Vartdal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waldemar Moczkiewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 9 minutes into the match, Kristian Sandersen notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Mafia Koniaka's Waldemar Moczkiewicz. Waldemar Moczkiewicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Runar Støen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Zuraw in the 13th minute of play. Mafia Koniaka's Waldemar Moczkiewicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Mafia Koniaka from getting a goal against them. After having played for 17 minutes, Zachariasz Kaszubik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mafia Koniaka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zachariasz Kaszubik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Waldemar Moczkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rune Gjessing in the 24th minute of play. Petter Vartdal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Iwan Lizewski fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mafia Koniaka's protests and gave Iwan Lizewski a yellow card for diving instead. Åsnes's Snorre Fonn shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 30th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Waldemar Moczkiewicz but with some difficulty. 34 minutes into the match, Mafia Koniaka's goal looked a bit too open when Rune Gjessing came free, but Waldemar Moczkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgard Leirvåg scored 2-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Waldemar Moczkiewicz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The wind increased when Stefan Zuraw made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Mafia Koniaka's Jaroslaw Budarz got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 56 played minutes Mafia Koniaka got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslaw Budarz. Steffen Askvik took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Waldemar Moczkiewicz. Mafia Koniaka's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Waldemar Moczkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristian Sandersen, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Aleksander Ånestad's late challenge caught a Mafia Koniaka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aleksander Ånestad helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stefan Zuraw got free with Runar Støen in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 65th minute, Wincenty Waselewicz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mafia Koniaka fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Zachariasz Kaszubik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Runar Støen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Mafia Koniaka getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Jaroslaw Budarz hit a great ball. Waldemar Moczkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Leirvåg, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mafia Koniaka's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kristian Sandersen was slow to take the kick. During this time Åsnes's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Mafia Koniaka booed when Åsnes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petter Vartdal didn't get a good kick on the ball.
