Heriberto Walton came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by 安徽天柱俱乐部队's 潘珂阳. But to his dismay, 潘珂阳 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, Vancouver Reds's goal looked a bit too open when 石松政 came free, but Heriberto Walton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 陆杰挺 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Heriberto Walton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heriberto Walton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 陆杰挺, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-2 when 石松政 sped through Vancouver Reds's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Heriberto Walton. A collision led to Vancouver Reds getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Carl Coffman hit a great ball. Vancouver Reds's Jarrett Poirier quite brazenly broke a throw-in by 余震竞, made in the 21st minute of the game. 陶风城 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quincy Minor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jarrett Poirier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by 石松政 in the 26th minute of play forced Vancouver Reds's goalkeeper Heriberto Walton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 潘珂阳 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute, Maynard Pike hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Vancouver Reds getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Geoffrey Roach hit a great ball. Heriberto Walton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 陆杰挺 in the 37th minute of play. Heriberto Walton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 潘珂阳, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Geoffrey Roach fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vancouver Reds's protests and gave Geoffrey Roach a yellow card for diving instead. Geoffrey Roach kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Heriberto Walton didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 石松政 went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 石松政 to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to 安徽天柱俱乐部队 getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. 石松政 hit a great ball. Heriberto Walton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 陆杰挺 in the 54th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in 安徽天柱俱乐部队 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 55th minute. Penalty! 陶风城 went to the wrong direction when Alfred Prince was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. A collision led to Vancouver Reds getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Thanh Dodd hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 陶浩宇 during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 陶浩宇 hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Heriberto Walton made an important save on a dangerous shot by 石松政 in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, Vancouver Reds's Geoffrey Roach got a free kick in the 81st minute. Vancouver Reds's Heriberto Walton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Vancouver Reds from getting a goal against them. Heriberto Walton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 潘珂阳 in the 84th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, 安徽天柱俱乐部队's 朱树树 got a free kick in the 88th minute. Vancouver Reds's Heriberto Walton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 99th minute of the match, managed to save Vancouver Reds from getting a goal against them. 安徽天柱俱乐部队 played a much better game than Vancouver Reds and deserved their victory. The Vancouver Reds players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
