With a little luck, TIBURON F.C's Cipriano Dantae got control of the ball when Ingvar Söderqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Med Gang FC's Per-Åke Rönn was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cipriano Dantae in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sakarias Finnman got free with Cipriano Dantae in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cipriano Dantae was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Eric Lundqvist capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eric Lundqvist really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The supporters of TIBURON F.C booed when Med Gang FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivar Alströmmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Cipriano Dantae successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 23 played minutes TIBURON F.C got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Ortle. 25 minutes into the match, TIBURON F.C's goalkeeper Cipriano Dantae had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ingvar Söderqvist. Sakarias Finnman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Cipriano Dantae made a huge save. 32 minutes into the game, TIBURON F.C's Apolo Errolan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ekelund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. A collision led to Med Gang FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ivar Alströmmer hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Sakarias Finnman took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Cipriano Dantae to make any attempt to save it. In the 42nd minute, Med Gang FC's Eric Lundqvist dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. After 45 played minutes TIBURON F.C got a freekick which was hit by Placido Rainerio. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sakarias Finnman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Paolo Ortle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Jonathan Ekelund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 53 minutes of play, Med Gang FC's Eric Lundqvist made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cipriano Dantae was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute Ingvar Söderqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Dantae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cipriano Dantae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivar Alströmmer in the 59th minute of play. After 62 minutes, Sakarias Finnman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Med Gang FC and the TIBURON F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sakarias Finnman kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Apolo Errolan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ekelund when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cipriano Dantae showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Söderqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Eric Lundqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Cipriano Dantae was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 6-1 became the score in the 72nd minute when Sakarias Finnman elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Paolo Ortle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ekelund having to interfere. Cipriano Dantae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Lundqvist in the 82nd minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Eric Lundqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cipriano Dantae was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. In the 86th minute, Apolo Errolan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ekelund. The goal made the score 7-2. 90 minutes into the match, Sakarias Finnman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cipriano Dantae. TIBURON F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sakarias Finnman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-2. TIBURON F.C's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
