Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hipolito Elequemedo took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iker Edwardo during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 3 played minutes Academia Club got a freekick which was hit by Iker Edwardo. After a defensive mix-up in Academia Club's zone, Cornelio Nabar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermengildo Arotza came out of the goal and Cornelio Nabar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hipolito Elequemedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Herminio Rufio made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Lluis in the 16th minute of play forced Academia Club's goalkeeper Hermengildo Arotza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hermengildo Arotza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Americo Onbera's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Americo Onbera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Iker Edwardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute of the match Amadeo Frutos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hermengildo Arotza skillfully saved the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Teo Lluis notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Academia Club's Hermengildo Arotza. Hermengildo Arotza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Amadeo Frutos's late challenge caught a Academia Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amadeo Frutos helped the player get up and apologised. 29 minutes into the match, Abasto fútbol club's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Abajas came free, but Herminio Rufio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Americo Onbera took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hermengildo Arotza. Hermengildo Arotza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 38 minutes of play, Abasto fútbol club's Teo Lluis made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hermengildo Arotza was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 43 played minutes Academia Club got a freekick which was hit by Iker Edwardo. Academia Club's Hipolito Elequemedo got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Abasto fútbol club were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teo Lluis was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Americo Onbera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hermengildo Arotza was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Cipriano Corderun took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herminio Rufio. Herminio Rufio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. 60 minutes into the match, Academia Club's goalkeeper Hermengildo Arotza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teo Lluis. If Vinicio Frederik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hermengildo Arotza made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Cornelio Nabar sent off a good shot on target. Hermengildo Arotza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Onbera in the 81st minute of play. Abasto fútbol club's Herminio Rufio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Elequemedo in the 84th minute of play. Fabian Abajas hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Hipolito Elequemedo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Academia Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. 94 minutes into the match, Academia Club's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Onbera came free, but Hermengildo Arotza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Abasto fútbol club walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
