Gabriel Brizuela hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. A collision led to GuateFortín getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Jaime Alvarez hit a great ball. Paralia Athens's Mihăiţă Cobâlcescu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 7th minute of play. The shot was stopped by German Montoya but with some difficulty. After 8 played minutes GuateFortín got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Brizuela. In the 9th minute, Paralia Athens's Ionuț Marin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Paralia Athens's Ionuț Marin got a free kick in the 20th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elias Talia during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to GuateFortín getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Elias Talia hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Paralia Athens's Ionuț Marin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manuel Marghescu got free with German Montoya in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jorge Valenzuela hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, GuateFortín's Ricardo Mora got a free kick in the 34th minute. Ionuț Marin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Montoya having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Manuel Marghescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paralia Athens fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Juan Manuel Martínez made the kick off in the second half. Marian Ciolpan came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by GuateFortín's Juan Manuel Martínez. But to his dismay, Juan Manuel Martínez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Ricardo Mora recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Paralia Athens booed when GuateFortín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilber Barragan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience held their breath when Mihăiţă Cobâlcescu in the 61st minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the German Montoya's left hand side. GuateFortín's Ruben Toledano was substituted for Gabriel Brizuela. GuateFortín made a substitution. Gilberto Escobar replaced Jorge Collado. GuateFortín's Christian Del Carmen was substituted for Félix Santana. German Montoya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionuț Marin in the 69th minute of the match. Christian Del Carmen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Marian Ciolpan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilber Barragan kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match.
