Sporting Club Victoria's Geronimo Quirze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Menendo in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th match minute, 【E ➣VERON 11 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Jesco to maneuver through the defense. Geronimo Quirze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Arano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Jesco in the 13th minute of play forced Sporting Club Victoria's goalkeeper Geronimo Quirze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciriaco Gaitano hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute Julio Jesco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Quirze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geronimo Quirze was left in no man's land by his defense there! Maximiliano Dei made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Isaac Mantzio sent off a good shot on target. Geronimo Quirze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Jesco in the 33rd minute of play. Gervasio Menendo took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geronimo Quirze. Geronimo Quirze dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Maximiliano Dei made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Isaac Mantzio sent off a good shot on target. Geronimo Quirze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Jesco in the 44th minute of play. Hector Arano struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Geronimo Quirze didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 【E ➣VERON 11. Maximiliano Dei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Mantzio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Gervasio Menendo made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match, Geronimo Ospetsu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Geronimo Quirze was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Geronimo Quirze made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julio Jesco in the 55th minute. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Gervasio Menendo took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Geronimo Quirze to make any attempt to save it. Julio Jesco's late challenge caught a Sporting Club Victoria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julio Jesco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st match minute, Sporting Club Victoria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Mantzio to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Sporting Club Victoria's Geronimo Quirze got control of the ball when Julio Jesco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gervasio Menendo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Geronimo Quirze came out and tried to block the shot, but Gervasio Menendo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 63rd minute. Geronimo Quirze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Manni in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Julio Jesco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 【E ➣VERON 11 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Alberto Quinton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Quirze having to interfere. Sporting Club Victoria's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Alberto Quinton scored to the left of an out of position Geronimo Quirze, making the score, 0-6. In the 78th minute, Julio Jesco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, Sporting Club Victoria's goalkeeper Geronimo Quirze had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julio Jesco. Julio Jesco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Quirze having to interfere. Geronimo Quirze made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Geronimo Ospetsu sent off a good shot on target. Hector Arano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Quirze having to interfere.
