Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jens-Ove Lingren started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Nusnäs IF got a freekick which was hit by Orvar Andberg. Mats Ekgren charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mats Ekgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mats Ekgren hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Nusnäs IF's Viktor Wallin got control of the ball when Gualter Secco tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Raining Blood booed when Nusnäs IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Gustavsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raining Blood's Dé Mangueira got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Nusnäs IF's George Ersman got a free kick in the 14th minute. Viktor Wallin made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Gualter Secco sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Lägdin in the 19th minute of play forced Raining Blood's goalkeeper Albertinho Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Raining Blood's Gualter Secco in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nusnäs IF's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gualter Secco got free with Viktor Wallin in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Jan-Olof Kvick fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nusnäs IF's protests and gave Jan-Olof Kvick a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th minute, Jan-Olof Kvick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nusnäs IF's Viktor Wallin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Nusnäs IF from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldir Santos in the 30th minute of play forced Nusnäs IF's goalkeeper Viktor Wallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulf Melin hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Ulf Melin was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 35 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

57 minutes into the match, Raining Blood's goal looked a bit too open when Orvar Andberg came free, but Albertinho Mattos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raining Blood's Remo Magalhães was substituted for Matheus Mesquita. Raining Blood's Laércio Capixaba was substituted for Enrique Pombal. Nusnäs IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mats Ekgren in the 60th minute. The corner ended in Mats Ekgren almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Raining Blood's Albertinho Mattos did a great save. In the 62nd match minute, Nusnäs IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mats Ekgren to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Raining Blood booed when Nusnäs IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Ove Lingren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albertinho Mattos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Ersman in the 69th minute of the match. Viktor Wallin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil Figueiredo in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute Gil Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktor Wallin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johan Gustavsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Albertinho Mattos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Johan Gustavsson ran back to his position shaking his head. 83 minutes into the match, Raining Blood's goalkeeper Albertinho Mattos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jens-Ove Lingren. Viktor Wallin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gil Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nusnäs IF's Viktor Wallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualter Secco in the 87th minute of play. Nusnäs IF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
