The crowd rose to their feet as Alfredão Mesquita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ertuğrul Rasi. That made the score 2-0 in the 34 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by İlker Şakir during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to ÇALIMLI getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. İlker Şakir hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredão Mesquita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, ÇALIMLI's goal looked a bit too open when Zézinho Neto came free, but Ertuğrul Rasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfredão Mesquita in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ertuğrul Rasi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 64 minutes into the match, ÇALIMLI's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredão Mesquita came free, but Ertuğrul Rasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute Alfredão Mesquita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ertuğrul Rasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gürsel Tüney kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. İlker Şakir kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredão Mesquita in the 95th minute of play forced ÇALIMLI's goalkeeper Ertuğrul Rasi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
