The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Ramos during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Villa Verde FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Ramos to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Guga Barros from long distance, 3 minutes into the match, got Igor Camargo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 12 minutes into the game, Afonso Baiano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Evandro Mattos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 16th play minute Paulo Macedo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Igor Camargo. 1-1. Evandro Mattos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso Baiano in the 21st minute of play. Paulo Macedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Igor Camargo made a huge save. After 26 played minutes Villa Verde FC got a freekick which was hit by Joel Ramos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fernando Barros in the 28th minute of play forced Aesir FC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Evandro Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Paulo Macedo made a precise shot to the right of Igor Camargo. Villa Verde FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After some careless play in the Aesir FC FSCMZ defense, Willian Vergílio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evandro Mattos. The Aesir FC FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evandro Mattos should have stopped the shot. Igor Camargo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ademar Cavalcante in the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Ulysses Esteves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aesir FC FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulysses Esteves got free with Igor Camargo in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Villa Verde FC's Luizão Cardozo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 51st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Evandro Mattos but with some difficulty. Paulo Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 53rd minute, Ulysses Esteves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Igor Camargo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulysses Esteves, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Igor Camargo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulysses Esteves in the 73rd minute of the match. Ademar Cavalcante took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Igor Camargo. Igor Camargo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Igor Camargo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Macedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Igor Camargo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulysses Esteves in the 81st minute of play. The Aesir FC FSCMZ fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Aesir FC FSCMZ's Paulo Macedo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Igor Camargo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Macedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Ademar Cavalcante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aesir FC FSCMZ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
