Aban Tanonaka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Gilen Tejada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AFC United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sentinel the free kick. In the 29th minute, Gilen Tejada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the match, AFC United's goalkeeper Pedro Torrens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ignatius Revaldy. AFC United were furious when Eleder Borrellino was red carded, 31 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Igus Ardiansyah shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Ignatius Revaldy struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Pedro Torrens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sentinel. Castel Mulas kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After having played for 39 minutes, Lalo Buenaga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AFC United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lalo Buenaga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lalo Buenaga struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Aban Tanonaka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC United. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Ignatius Revaldy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sentinel's supporters rose to their feet, but Ignatius Revaldy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Torrens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47thth minute of the game Lalo Buenaga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sentinel's Aban Tanonaka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ignatius Revaldy to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lalo Buenaga in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aban Tanonaka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sentinel's Aban Tanonaka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lalo Buenaga in the 69th minute of play. AFC United made a substitution. Pablo-Enrique Erauzquin replaced Anxo Labrada. AFC United's Charro Pereceira was substituted for Gilen Tejada. A collision led to AFC United getting a freekick after 76 minutes play.
