After 3 minutes, Ebieth Prima mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sentinel and the Brufoss IL players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sentinel's Ebieth Prima got a free kick in the 3rd minute. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Ignatius Revaldy took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Philip Molland to make any attempt to save it. When Ignatius Revaldy came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Sentinel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignatius Revaldy couldn't finish the play. Ignatius Revaldy who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Philip Molland when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Brufoss IL's Philip Molland proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Brufoss IL from getting a goal against them. In the 23rd minute, Kasper Munkvold made a precise shot to the right of Aban Tanonaka. Sentinel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Rune Skorstad hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edvin Fleischer during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edvin Fleischer kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Eduard Setiadi's late challenge caught a Brufoss IL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ignatius Revaldy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Philip Molland made a huge save. 39 minutes into the match, Brufoss IL's goal looked a bit too open when Brama Harmoko came free, but Philip Molland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Sentinel booed when Brufoss IL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eskil Almaas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ignatius Revaldy who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Philip Molland when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ignatius Revaldy to make the kick off. Ignatius Revaldy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 52 minutes into the match, Brufoss IL's goal looked a bit too open when Ignatius Revaldy came free, but Philip Molland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ignatius Revaldy in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Philip Molland saved Brufoss IL from getting behind. When Eduard Setiadi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 60 minutes had been played. In the 61st match minute, Sentinel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Setiadi to maneuver through the defense. 68 minutes into the match, Brufoss IL's goal looked a bit too open when Ignatius Revaldy came free, but Philip Molland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Philip Molland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignatius Revaldy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Brufoss IL getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Edvin Fleischer hit a great ball. In the 80th minute, Kasper Munkvold hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute Ignatius Revaldy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philip Molland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brama Harmoko struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Philip Molland didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sentinel. After 89 played minutes Brufoss IL got a freekick which was hit by Eskil Almaas. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ignatius Revaldy in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Philip Molland saved Brufoss IL from getting behind. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
