The tension between the ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ and the Kentucky Mustangs players grew even worse after the yellow card. Antonio Santio hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Enrique Henrico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th match minute, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Santio to maneuver through the defense. The corner ended in Flint Landrum almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Claudio Pitin did a great save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Chance Brewer during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 26th match minute, Kentucky Mustangs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chance Brewer to maneuver through the defense. Kentucky Mustangs's Tyrone McCracken proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Kentucky Mustangs from getting a goal against them. If Wade Olson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Felipe Bertin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Claudio Pitin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wade Olson in the 42nd minute of play.

Kentucky Mustangs's Reynaldo Villegas was substituted for Ramon Chung. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lino Luzaide to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Felipe Bertin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 57th minute Lino Luzaide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyrone McCracken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lino Luzaide hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Kentucky Mustangs's Silas McNair was substituted for Sal Whittington. In the 63rd minute, Lino Luzaide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Silas McNair had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silas McNair struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Claudio Pitin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kentucky Mustangs. Hernan Rusov's late challenge caught a Kentucky Mustangs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hernan Rusov helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th minute, Hernan Rusov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Kentucky Mustangs getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Silas McNair hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Lino Luzaide left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of Kentucky Mustangs booed when ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Luzaide didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudio Pitin came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Kentucky Mustangs's Silas McNair. But to his dismay, Silas McNair quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Kentucky Mustangs were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
