Stu Izzard hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Ronnie Howard scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anastasio Mikeldi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anastasio Mikeldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronnie Howard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alejo Seber's late challenge caught a Manchester United F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alejo Seber helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pan FC's Alejo Seber got a free kick in the 20th minute. After 20 played minutes, Manchester United F.C.'s Dennis Chegwyn shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anastasio Mikeldi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Manchester United F.C. reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Steve Pennant managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester United F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Steve Pennant was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anastasio Mikeldi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Manchester United F.C. getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Isaac Morgan hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Antonio Misael fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A collision led to Pan FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Nemesio Aresti hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Baldomero Quintin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Martyn Patten was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Alex Locking kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. When Baldomero Quintin came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Pan FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomero Quintin couldn't finish the play. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Manchester United F.C.! Americo Rubio walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ronnie Howard was the one to do the kick off. Ronnie Howard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 56 played minutes Pan FC got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Telmo. Hector Gaur kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Pan FC's Baldomero Quintin got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Martyn Patten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Iaki in the 76th minute of play. Baldomero Quintin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martyn Patten having to interfere. 81 minutes into the game, Manchester United F.C.'s Ronnie Howard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anastasio Mikeldi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The Manchester United F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Manchester United F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
