The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jordbro FF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Xove Encina scored to the left of an out of position Bengt Sandström, making the score, 1-0. With 8 minutes on the clock, Jon Cane commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Isidro Bartumeu's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Bengt Sandström on his right side and into the goal. 9 minutes into the game it was 2-0. In the 15th minute, Luciano Sauca reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bengt Sandström. The goal made the score 3-0. In the 17th minute, Sol Balboa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bengt Sandström was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Vicente Baeza hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute Goyo Solera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt Sandström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Jordbro FF's goalkeeper Bengt Sandström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xove Encina. Luciano Sauca scored 5-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bengt Sandström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bengt Sandström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sol Balboa in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the game, Dei Darroja was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Red Hawk Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jordbro FF the free kick. Dei Darroja hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Red Hawk Football Club's Xove Encina dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Jordbro FF made a substitution. Zebastian Östensson replaced Gert Holmstedt. Jordbro FF's Karl-Magnus Täman was substituted for Wiktor Samuelsson. The wind increased when Ivan Källberg made the kick off in the second half. Bengt Sandström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Sauca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bengt Sandström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Goyo Solera, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Bengt Sandström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xove Encina in the 63rd minute of the match. Jordbro FF's Bengt Sandström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sol Balboa in the 64th minute of play. Bengt Sandström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Goyo Solera, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Sauca in the 68th minute of play forced Jordbro FF's goalkeeper Bengt Sandström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bengt Sandström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xove Encina went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Dei Darroja struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Bengt Sandström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Hawk Football Club. In the 81st match minute, Jordbro FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikael Ambjörnsson to maneuver through the defense. Sol Balboa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bengt Sandström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Luciano Sauca notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Jordbro FF's Bengt Sandström. Bengt Sandström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Jordbro FF getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ivan Källberg hit a great ball. In the 90th minute, Luciano Sauca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute Goyo Solera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt Sandström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Red Hawk Football Club players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
