Mario Klompe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Garci in the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Arturo Tebaldo made a precise shot to the right of Mario Klompe. Zijdewind SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Manuel Cordarell's late challenge caught a Zijdewind SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Buzarda FC's Leonardo Kihlman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Buzarda FC from getting a goal against them. Franck Tinge might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonardo Kihlman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Franck Tinge ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 19th minute Franck Tinge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Kihlman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henk Zaagman charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Ferdi Dekens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Leonardo Kihlman made a huge save. Leonardo Kihlman made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Ferdi Dekens sent off a good shot on target. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Franck Tinge to make the kick off. Buzarda FC's Villu Üleoja was substituted for Jim Stayton. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franck Tinge in the 66th minute of play forced Buzarda FC's goalkeeper Leonardo Kihlman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 67 played minutes Zijdewind SC got a freekick which was hit by Sebastiaan Schattenberg. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Arturo Tebaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buzarda FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Tebaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mario Klompe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leonardo Kihlman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franck Tinge, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Villu Üleoja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Mario Klompe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonardo Kihlman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Lembeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Buzarda FC's Manuel Cordarell quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Henk Zaagman, made in the 81st minute of the game. Ferdi Dekens struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Leonardo Kihlman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zijdewind SC. After a rather tough play, Buzarda FC's Villu Üleoja got a free kick in the 95th minute. Zijdewind SC's Ferdi Dekens got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Buzarda FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
