Characate FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopoldo Afonso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 6th minute Characate FC were awarded a corner. Leopoldo Afonso went to the cornerflag to take it. Characate FC's David Lidman was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Árpád Ferenc in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Benjamin Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alper Baykurt in the 8th minute of play. Leopoldo Afonso in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Árpád Ferenc, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Árpád Ferenc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Txanton in the 13th minute of play. After 28 played minutes ACIBADEM FK got a freekick which was hit by Kutluay Saru. Characate FC were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after ACIBADEM FK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leopoldo Afonso took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of ACIBADEM FK's goalie and right to Gerardo Santikurtz. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. ACIBADEM FK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by 韩竞宽 in the 35th minute of play forced Characate FC's goalkeeper Benjamin Price to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the match, ACIBADEM FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Txanton came free, but Árpád Ferenc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 57 minutes of play ACIBADEM FK's Alper Baykurt was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 64th match minute, ACIBADEM FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Péter Káposztás to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute, Gerardo Santikurtz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjamin Price showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezary Warka, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute.
