When Rodrygo Goes came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the LEGIA Bielany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrygo Goes couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hannibal Lecter in the 39th minute of play forced Niebiański&Team's goalkeeper Rüştü Rencber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Niebiański&Team's Ulf Johansson was substituted for Hector Estevez. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antoni Tipinski to strike the kick off in the second half. Jerzy Gorgoń ran over to the corner to take the kick. 86 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when LEGIA Bielany's Rodrygo Goes fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Rüştü Rencber made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Franciszek Dresik sent off a good shot on target. The LEGIA Bielany supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing LEGIA Bielany would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
