Valdir Pérez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Paranaense in the 42nd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 64th match minute, União Verde FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilvan Pombal to maneuver through the defense. André Luiz Vides ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when André Luiz Vides got free with Valdir Pérez in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to União Verde FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Válbson Marques hit a great ball. Hélder Melo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Valdir Pérez. União Verde FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Paranaense during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 93rd minute, Emanuel Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sérgio de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilvan Pombal in the 95th minute of play. The União Verde FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. BMB IMOVEIS SC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
