Hélder Melo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dagoberto Loureiro. Cöpacabana FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by BMB IMOVEIS SC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Talha İstanbul was slow to take the kick. During this time Cöpacabana FC's players had a chance to rest. Sérgio de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vito Leite in the 7th minute of play. After 9 minutes, André Luiz Vides mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BMB IMOVEIS SC and the Cöpacabana FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vito Leite in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sérgio de Azevedo saved BMB IMOVEIS SC from getting behind. In the 13thth minute of the game Vito Leite who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BMB IMOVEIS SC's Sérgio de Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Vito Leite's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sérgio de Azevedo was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Sérgio de Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vito Leite's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Sérgio de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vito Leite in the 24th minute of the match. In the 26thth minute of the game Vito Leite who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BMB IMOVEIS SC's Sérgio de Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 28th minute Vito Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sérgio de Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dobromir Brudnicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A well-hit corner resulted in Harald Boman heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After a defensive mix-up in BMB IMOVEIS SC's zone, Talha İstanbul stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sérgio de Azevedo came out of the goal and Talha İstanbul tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute, Emanuel Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in BMB IMOVEIS SC's zone, Dobromir Brudnicki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sérgio de Azevedo came out of the goal and Dobromir Brudnicki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 42 played minutes BMB IMOVEIS SC got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Vidal. In the 43rd minute Vito Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Vito Leite put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Sérgio de Azevedo. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and André Luiz Vides made a kick off. Cöpacabana FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vito Leite was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Huang Jian Feng hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the match, BMB IMOVEIS SC's Hélder Melo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Mathias Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sérgio de Azevedo came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Cöpacabana FC's Stig-Åke Benet. But to his dismay, Stig-Åke Benet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Åke Benet in the 74th minute of play forced BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalkeeper Sérgio de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalkeeper Sérgio de Azevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Talha İstanbul. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Laerte Arantes during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cöpacabana FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dobromir Brudnicki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 98th minute, Gugu de Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Talha İstanbul from long distance, 99 minutes into the match, got Sérgio de Azevedo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Cöpacabana FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
