Sylwester Pieprz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Brudnicki in the 8th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Clube dos pro's goal looked a bit too open when Dobromir Brudnicki came free, but Sylwester Pieprz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Epifanio Gaizkine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Clube dos pro's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Talha İstanbul was slow to take the kick. During this time Cöpacabana FC's players had a chance to rest. Angelino Gentza made a great header on Cöpacabana FC's corner, it was just that Clube dos pro's Sylwester Pieprz managed to reach the ball for a save. Sylwester Pieprz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dobromir Brudnicki in the 25th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Clube dos pro's goalkeeper Sylwester Pieprz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vito Leite. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Sylwester Pieprz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 30th minute of the match Talha İstanbul shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sylwester Pieprz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cöpacabana FC's Dagoberto Loureiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Gaizkine in the 32nd minute of play. Sylwester Pieprz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Talha İstanbul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Iréné Reyna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cöpacabana FC's Dagoberto Loureiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miquel Argomedo in the 41st minute of play. Clube dos pro's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Glauco Cruz in the 43rd minute. After taking down the ball on Clube dos pro's corner Glauco Cruz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dagoberto Loureiro quite easily take care of the ball. When Epifanio Gaizkine came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Clube dos pro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Epifanio Gaizkine couldn't finish the play.

Cöpacabana FC's Stig-Åke Benet was substituted for Vito Leite. After 72 played minutes Cöpacabana FC got a freekick which was hit by Joaquín Gonzalez Del Solar. Miquel Argomedo's late challenge caught a Cöpacabana FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 82 played minutes Cöpacabana FC got a freekick which was hit by Angelino Gentza. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miquel Argomedo got free with Dagoberto Loureiro in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 88 minutes into the match, Clube dos pro's goal looked a bit too open when Stig-Åke Benet came free, but Sylwester Pieprz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 minutes of play, Cöpacabana FC's Stig-Åke Benet made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sylwester Pieprz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 94 minutes into the match, Cöpacabana FC's goalkeeper Dagoberto Loureiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iréné Reyna. Cöpacabana FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
