Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vito Leite to make the kick off. Talha İstanbul could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Emílio Cordeiro made a huge save. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
