Andres Ekhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Leoiar in the 3rd minute of play. Abel Ramalho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mías Marin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Ricart Futebol Clube's Doron Bantz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mías Marin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Abel Ramalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the game, Ricart Futebol Clube's Abel Ramalho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mías Marin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When Emanuel Olisadebe came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Ricart Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Olisadebe couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abel Ramalho in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mías Marin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emanuel Olisadebe made a great header on Ricart Futebol Clube's corner, it was just that Titanes Mayas's Mías Marin managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Ramalho in the 36th minute of play forced Titanes Mayas's goalkeeper Mías Marin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres Ekhi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Bagge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Olisadebe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Mías Marin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Ricart Futebol Clube's Reinaldo Palmeira was substituted for José Augusto Tepedino. Titanes Mayas's Amado Dei was substituted for Lisandro Leoiar. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abel Ramalho to strike the kick off in the second half. Ricart Futebol Clube's Eusebio Hori was substituted for Abel Ramalho. Leopoldo Reneros hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 67 played minutes, Ricart Futebol Clube's Doron Bantz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mías Marin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ricart Futebol Clube reached it. 68 minutes into the game, Ricart Futebol Clube's Eusebio Hori nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mías Marin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Mías Marin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Hori, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 75 minutes of play, Ricart Futebol Clube's Eusebio Hori made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mías Marin was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 78 minutes, Eusebio Hori made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Titanes Mayas's Mías Marin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Eusebio Hori came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Ricart Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebio Hori couldn't finish the play. Kong Shi Chao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Andres Ekhi made a huge save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ricart Futebol Clube fans cheered their team off the field, for while Titanes Mayas had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
