In the 4th minute, Tord Söderqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.C. Ferrari fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tord Söderqvist in the 8th minute of play forced Hamburg City Vampires's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Tyski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferrari's zone, Gervasio Isias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zhang Chang Yang came out of the goal and Gervasio Isias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zhang Chang Yang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gervasio Isias in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute, Hamburg City Vampires's Reinhard Borkmann dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Eugeniusz Tyski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tord Söderqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. S.C. Ferrari were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Hamburg City Vampires's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Váldson Arruda took the corner. The corner ended in Váldson Arruda almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hamburg City Vampires's Eugeniusz Tyski did a great save. Eugeniusz Tyski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tord Söderqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zhang Chang Yang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benny White in the 36th minute. In the 41st minute of the game Roy Lövskog made a throw-in which Gervasio Isias played forward. 43 minutes into the match, S.C. Ferrari's Váldson Arruda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eugeniusz Tyski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eugeniusz Tyski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gergely Bollobás in the 45th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Gergely Bollobás had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugeniusz Tyski. Hamburg City Vampires's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gergely Bollobás was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Gergely Bollobás made the kick off in the second half. Gergely Bollobás's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eugeniusz Tyski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Gergely Bollobás kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eugeniusz Tyski. That made the score 1-4 in the 54 minute of play. Eugeniusz Tyski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gergely Bollobás in the 56th minute of the match. S.C. Ferrari were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Hamburg City Vampires's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Váldson Arruda took the corner. Géza Rákosi's late challenge caught a S.C. Ferrari's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Géza Rákosi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Hamburg City Vampires's Géza Rákosi got a free kick in the 66th minute. Gergely Bollobás took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugeniusz Tyski. Eugeniusz Tyski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. In the 70th minute, Furo Furenbrink reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eugeniusz Tyski. The goal made the score 1-6. In the 78th minute Furo Furenbrink shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugeniusz Tyski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugeniusz Tyski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gergely Bollobás, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Furo Furenbrink reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eugeniusz Tyski. The goal made the score 1-7. Ferrari's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Isias came free, but Zhang Chang Yang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benny White received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Zhang Chang Yang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. S.C. Ferrari walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
