But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abel Ramalho couldn't finish the play. Patrick Angelsø kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tord Söderqvist in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andres Ekhi saved Ricart Futebol Clube from getting behind. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ricart Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Andres Ekhi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the S.C. Ferrari defense, Abel Ramalho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zhang Chang Yang. The S.C. Ferrari fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zhang Chang Yang should have stopped the shot. Zhang Chang Yang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Ramalho in the 27th minute of the match. With a little luck, Ricart Futebol Clube's Andres Ekhi got control of the ball when Tord Söderqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gergely Bollobás made a kick off. Ricart Futebol Clube's Andres Ekhi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gergely Bollobás in the 57th minute of play. Gergely Bollobás received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Andres Ekhi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
