C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Hamburg City Vampires's goal looked a bit too open when Germano Pernambucano came free, but Eugeniusz Tyski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Ivica Lufen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Intxixu Porregimon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Mexilhão F. C. players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
