Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) When Jamal Leon came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Hillsville AF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jamal Leon couldn't finish the play. Abdelmalek Sifi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jamal Leon in the 8th minute of the match. Gothenburg FC's Abdelmalek Sifi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jamal Leon in the 11th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Kamel Bouteflika hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abdelmalek Sifi came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Hillsville AF's Zackary Pierson. But to his dismay, Zackary Pierson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Shayne Tinsley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Abdelmalek Sifi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jamal Leon struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Abdelmalek Sifi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hillsville AF. After having played for 39 minutes, Guillermo Bauman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hillsville AF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guillermo Bauman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Hillsville AF booed when Gothenburg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Mimoun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hicham Harkouk kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Faouzi Boutabout to strike the kick off in the second half. Guillermo Bauman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Abdelmalek Sifi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Josiah Zavala fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hillsville AF's protests and gave Josiah Zavala a yellow card for diving instead. Abdelmalek Sifi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guillermo Bauman in the 59th minute. Zackary Pierson might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abdelmalek Sifi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zackary Pierson ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Gothenburg FC booed when Hillsville AF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Bauman didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Guillermo Bauman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Zackary Pierson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Abdelmalek Sifi came out and tried to block the shot, but Zackary Pierson slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 75th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Gothenburg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jamal Leon came free, but Abdelmalek Sifi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abdelmalek Sifi was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Zackary Pierson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zackary Pierson really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Abdelmalek Sifi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jamal Leon, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 96th minute, Hicham Harkouk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hillsville AF played a much better game than Gothenburg FC and deserved their victory. The Gothenburg FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
