In the 7th minute, Oxford United's Young Wolfe dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 10 minutes of play, Kagithane FC's Gürol Demirbaş made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alonzo Dykes was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the game, Önder Tapgaç cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Alonzo Dykes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 17th minute, Önder Tapgaç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 22 minutes, Serkan Barın managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kagithane FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serkan Barın was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Gürol Demirbaş came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Kagithane FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gürol Demirbaş couldn't finish the play. After 25 played minutes Oxford United got a freekick which was hit by Victor Wolf. 31 minutes into the match, Gürol Demirbaş had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alonzo Dykes. Oxford United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gürol Demirbaş was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. When Gürol Demirbaş came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Kagithane FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gürol Demirbaş couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute, Von DeJesus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oxford United's attentive Victor Wolf managed to snatch the ball when Hamit Tüzer made a throw-in in the 43rd minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Young Wolfe to strike the kick off in the second half. Young Wolfe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Orhun Beyazit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orhun Beyazit didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Young Wolfe went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Derrick Blue kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. The supporters of Oxford United booed when Kagithane FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Buğra Tanyeli didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Von DeJesus threw the ball into play from the sideline. Kagithane FC's Burhan Hekimhanlı quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Alonzo Dykes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Önder Tapgaç in the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Handy in the 64th minute of play forced Kagithane FC's goalkeeper Orhun Beyazit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hamit Tüzer made in the 66th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gürol Demirbaş immediately put the ball in play. Whitney Erickson made in the 68th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Derrick Blue however managed to control. When Derrick Blue fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oxford United's protests and gave Derrick Blue a yellow card for diving instead. After 75 played minutes Oxford United got a freekick which was hit by Derrick Blue. Kagithane FC's Orhun Beyazit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cody Hall in the 83rd minute of play. Önder Tapgaç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kagithane FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
