Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Kagithane FC's Önder Tapgaç started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Birdal Ergüç kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Mustafa Necati Denizer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Okan Ergüç's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orhun Beyazit was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Saadettin Baştugay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Önder Tapgaç in the 14th minute of play. Saadettin Baştugay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serkan Barın, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Hamit Tüzer charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hamit Tüzer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Kagithane FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Birdal Ergüç hit a great ball. After 43 played minutes Kagithane FC got a freekick which was hit by Burhan Hekimhanlı. In the 46th minute of the game Orhan Seyfi Aktaç made a throw-in which Mazhar Çakır played forward. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Okan Ergüç stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Necati Denizer in the 51st minute of play forced Kagithane FC's goalkeeper Orhun Beyazit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the game, Okan Ergüç cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Artvin FC's Okan Ergüç was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 65th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Artvin FC's Okan Ergüç slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Orhun Beyazit. That made the score 0-3 after 69 minutes of play. Kagithane FC's attentive Burhan Hekimhanlı managed to snatch the ball when Mazhar Çakır made a throw-in in the 74th minute of the game. Orhun Beyazit stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Okan Ergüç's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. If Okan Ergüç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A throw-in in the 90th minute of the game was made by Orhan Seyfi Aktaç with Mazhar Çakır as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The Artvin FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Artvin FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
