Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Theodore Hastings made the kick off which started today's match. Queens Park Rangers's Rosario Lunsford managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ryan Dale in the 3 minute of the game. When Del Baca fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mena FC's protests and gave Del Baca a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Mena FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Del Baca hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Davis Hinkle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mena FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Davis Hinkle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruce Torres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Lawrence Camacho fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Queens Park Rangers's protests and gave Lawrence Camacho a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th match minute, Queens Park Rangers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lawrence Camacho to maneuver through the defense. Mena FC's Jackson Metz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 13th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Queens Park Rangers. Rolland Bonilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodger Robles in the 16th minute of play. Davis Hinkle struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Bruce Torres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mena FC. After some careless play in the Queens Park Rangers defense, Davis Hinkle kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruce Torres. The Queens Park Rangers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruce Torres should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Theodore Hastings in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolland Bonilla saved Mena FC from getting behind. After 29 minutes of play, Mena FC's Wilbur Cortez made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruce Torres was left in no man's land by his defense there! Theodore Hastings took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolland Bonilla. Rolland Bonilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. If Theodore Hastings had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilbur Cortez in the 40th minute of play forced Queens Park Rangers's goalkeeper Bruce Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waldo Fairchild fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolland Bonilla having to interfere. If Davis Hinkle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Wilbur Cortez made the kick off in the second half. Rosario Hart kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Wilbur Cortez might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruce Torres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilbur Cortez ran back to his position shaking his head. Wilbur Cortez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruce Torres having to make a save. Bruce Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilbur Cortez in the 65th minute of the match. Waldo Fairchild sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 69th minute Wilbur Cortez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruce Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Davis Hinkle did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Bruce Torres 71 minutes into the match. Davis Hinkle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Bruce Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Wilbur Cortez came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Mena FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilbur Cortez couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd minute Theodore Hastings shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolland Bonilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Queens Park Rangers getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Anson Skinner hit a great ball. The supporters of Queens Park Rangers booed when Mena FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Del Baca didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Davis Hinkle in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruce Torres saved Queens Park Rangers from getting behind. 92 minutes into the match, Queens Park Rangers's goal looked a bit too open when Wilbur Cortez came free, but Bruce Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mena FC played a much better game than Queens Park Rangers and deserved their victory. The Queens Park Rangers players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
