Americo Sol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolland Bonilla having to interfere. Ermegildo Hartz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Rolland Bonilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the game, Wilbur Cortez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Marcial Salvidor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Ledesma's zone, Wilbur Cortez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcial Salvidor came out of the goal and Wilbur Cortez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mena FC's Rosario Hart quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Santo Fertus, made in the 16th minute of the game. Marcial Salvidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilbur Cortez in the 26th minute of the match. Ledesma's Marcial Salvidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jackson Metz in the 28th minute of play. After having played for 30 minutes, Owen Stevens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mena FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Owen Stevens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ermegildo Hartz in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rolland Bonilla, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mena FC's Rolland Bonilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Mena FC from getting a goal against them. After 40 played minutes Mena FC got a freekick which was hit by Owen Stevens. Rolland Bonilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ildefonso Mattin in the 41st minute. Rolland Bonilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Mattin in the 42nd minute of play. Wilbur Cortez scored 0-2 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcial Salvidor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Wilbur Cortez made the kick off in the second half. Rolland Bonilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Mattin, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 71st minute, Rosario Hart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Mena FC's Wilbur Cortez in the 73rd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Marcial Salvidor was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Ledesma through an amazing save. Owen Stevens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Marcial Salvidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santo Fertus got a throw-in 80 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Santo Fertus. Ildefonso Mattin took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolland Bonilla. Rolland Bonilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Rolland Bonilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Sol, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The Ledesma supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mena FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Mena FC.
