Marcial Salvidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ashley Bäßler in the 4th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ashley Bäßler in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcial Salvidor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Ashley Bäßler put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Marcial Salvidor. Ledesma's Marcial Salvidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ashley Bäßler in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Hansa Rostock's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Hartz came free, but Davor Saller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ledesma's Marcial Salvidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ashley Bäßler in the 16th minute of play. In the 20th minute Ashley Bäßler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Salvidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ledesma's Marcial Salvidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ashley Bäßler in the 22nd minute of play. Ashley Bäßler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timur Pilz might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcial Salvidor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Timur Pilz ran back to his position shaking his head. 31 minutes into the match, Hansa Rostock's Ashley Bäßler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcial Salvidor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner led Hansa Rostock's Siegfried Gabler to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcial Salvidor despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 32 played minutes Siegfried Gabler shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Ledesma's Marcial Salvidor to catch but Siegfried Gabler was lucky. It became 0-2 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. After 36 minutes of play, Hansa Rostock's Ashley Bäßler made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcial Salvidor was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ashley Bäßler scored 0-4 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcial Salvidor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcial Salvidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ashley Bäßler in the 45th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ashley Bäßler was the one to do the kick off. Tobias Holstein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Salvidor having to interfere. Ashley Bäßler received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcial Salvidor came out and tried to block the shot, but Ashley Bäßler slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 59th minute. After 62 played minutes Ledesma got a freekick which was hit by Amado Seme. Timur Pilz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ledesma's goalkeeper Marcial Salvidor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Hansa Rostock's Ashley Bäßler in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ledesma's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ashley Bäßler in the 76th minute of play forced Ledesma's goalkeeper Marcial Salvidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ariel Damario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ashley Bäßler scored 0-6 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcial Salvidor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ashley Bäßler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Salvidor having to interfere. Ilja Wöllner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Hansa Rostock had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
