The Barcelona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damiano Pizzi should have stopped the shot. Benedict Timmons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Di Meo in the 23rd minute of play. Damiano Pizzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Bauman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Camillo Di Loreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Josiah Zavala's late challenge caught a Barcelona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Josiah Zavala helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Hillsville AF's Josiah Zavala got a free kick in the 35th minute. Alvise Raimondi charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alvise Raimondi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th match minute, Barcelona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvise Raimondi to maneuver through the defense. Barcelona's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlo Sarnelli in the 43rd minute. Enrico Mazza was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jamal Leon to strike the kick off in the second half. Hillsville AF's Benedict Timmons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camillo Di Loreto in the 60th minute of play. Alex Di Meo struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Benedict Timmons didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barcelona. In the 68th minute, Alex Di Meo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zackary Pierson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute Hillsville AF were awarded a corner. Harry Krause went to the cornerflag to take it. 80 minutes into the game, Enrico Mazza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barcelona's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hillsville AF the free kick. 81 minutes into the match, Barcelona's goal looked a bit too open when Jamal Leon came free, but Damiano Pizzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Hillsville AF defense, Camillo Di Loreto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedict Timmons. The Hillsville AF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedict Timmons should have stopped the shot. Camillo Di Loreto scored 3-3 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benedict Timmons, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Barcelona getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Armando De Palma hit a great ball. Zackary Pierson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Damiano Pizzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Hillsville AF players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Barcelona from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
