The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Austin got free with Staniša Šorgić in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Radoman Karaičić might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emrullah Hızlı. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Radoman Karaičić ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 11th minute of the match, Arda Ozan Özalpman tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Staniša Šorgić saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Staniša Šorgić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Çağlar Akdamar's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Radoman Karaičić took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emrullah Hızlı. Emrullah Hızlı dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After having played for 30 minutes, Radoman Karaičić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thornhill City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radoman Karaičić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Thornhill City getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Draža Milentijević hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yıldıray İlkser in the 32nd minute of play forced Thornhill City's goalkeeper Staniša Šorgić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thornhill City's Oscar-Alfredo Ruggeri quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ivan Austin, made in the 35th minute of the game. Emrullah Hızlı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radoman Karaičić in the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yıldıray İlkser in the 44th minute of play forced Thornhill City's goalkeeper Staniša Šorgić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Tiberias booed when Thornhill City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Draža Milentijević didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nebojša Jaćimović hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Nebojša Jaćimović hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Thornhill City booed when Tiberias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Austin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ninoslav Mijanović succeeded in the game's 67th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ninoslav Mijanović in the 70th minute of play forced Tiberias's goalkeeper Emrullah Hızlı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Ninoslav Mijanović kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emrullah Hızlı. That made the score 1-3 in the 72 minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Thornhill City's Ninoslav Mijanović nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emrullah Hızlı made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Thornhill City's goalkeeper Staniša Šorgić, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Tiberias supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Thornhill City's performance. The match ended with a win for Thornhill City.
