It was Edelmiro Quintyn who took care of the corner kick. Domingo Jago blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Cutberto having to make a save. Jorge Cutberto made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Domingo Jago sent off a good shot on target. In the 21st minute, one of RIVER PINAMAR fc:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for RIVER PINAMAR fc. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Paz in the 28th minute of play forced Merengue FC's goalkeeper Mateo Llorienzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Jorge Cutberto managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Merengue FC's Roland Banaszak fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Jorge Cutberto successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 42 minutes into the match, RIVER PINAMAR fc's goalkeeper Jorge Cutberto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Darwin Núñez. After 45 played minutes Domingo Jago rounded RIVER PINAMAR fc's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1.

Roland Banaszak struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Jorge Cutberto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Merengue FC. In the 55th match minute, RIVER PINAMAR fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Jago to maneuver through the defense. Roland Banaszak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Cutberto having to interfere. In the 58th minute of the match, Juliano Álvarez got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mateo Llorienzo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleksander Piszczor in the 60th minute of play forced Merengue FC's goalkeeper Mateo Llorienzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Cutberto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Domingo Jago's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. After a rather tough play, RIVER PINAMAR fc's Benedicto Tadzio got a free kick in the 62nd minute. RIVER PINAMAR fc made a substitution. Markos Mavrikos replaced Juliano Álvarez. Benedicto Tadzio hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in RIVER PINAMAR fc's zone, Roland Banaszak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Cutberto came out of the goal and Roland Banaszak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 68 minutes into the match, RIVER PINAMAR fc's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Jago came free, but Jorge Cutberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Merengue FC's goalkeeper Mateo Llorienzo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 76th minute, Raimundo Gonsalvo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcial Jago kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 84th minute of the match Edelmiro Quintyn shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorge Cutberto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as RIVER PINAMAR fc's Aleksander Piszczor slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mateo Llorienzo. That made the score 2-2 after 86 minutes of play. After 91 played minutes RIVER PINAMAR fc got a freekick which was hit by Marcial Jago. The audience was convinced that Domingo Jago's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Cutberto was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. When Merengue FC's Roland Banaszak in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
