The Deportes Vαldiviα fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ysidro Colimán should have stopped the shot. In the 14th match minute, Deportes Vαldiviα was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danél Pincheira to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Deportes Vαldiviα's goal looked a bit too open when Reis Yay came free, but Ysidro Colimán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Kecierengücü's goal looked a bit too open when Eufrasio Najera came free, but Vural Şahinalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Deportes Vαldiviα getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Danél Pincheira hit a great ball. The tension between the Kecierengücü and the Deportes Vαldiviα players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eufrasio Najera made a kick off. If Vinos Guemes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. Anıl Deren's late challenge caught a Deportes Vαldiviα's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anıl Deren helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Deportes Vαldiviα booed when Kecierengücü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deportes Vαldiviα played a much better game than Kecierengücü and deserved their victory. The Kecierengücü players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
